Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your dress order within 48 hours without a fee.
• Rush fees are non-refundable.
• If your order is canceled after 48 hours but before one week from the date of order, you will receive 90% of your order total.
• For custom designs or rush orders, no refunds after 48 hours.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Shipping Information
Please confirm your shipping address! If you wish to have the item shipped to a different address, send me a message immediately after purchase so I can update it. If the order has already shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address and will not be responsible for any issues. Thank you for your understanding.
